Chicken Breast stuffed with Shrimp, Mushroom Duxelles, Basil, and Sundried Tomato.  Sauteed and finished in the oven with a Lemon Beurre Blanc.  Served with Risotto and Garden Vegetables.

Steak Gorgonzolla Alfredo

Marinated Flank Steak tossed with Fettuccini, a Spinach Gorgonzolla Sauce, Sundried Tomatoes, and a Balsamic Glaze.

Pan-Seared Salmon with Snap Peas, Yellow Peppers, and Dill-Pistachio Pistou

Fresh Pan-Seared King Salmon nestled on a bed of peppers and snap peas.  Topped with a chunky pistou with a full pistachio flavor.
